Frequently Asked Questions
Submit your requirements through our Contact page or talk directly with our advisor. Based on your space, style, size and budget, we recommend the right material and technique and provide a design proposal and material samples; production begins once you confirm, with a dedicated contact throughout.
It depends on the category: hand-tufted carpets can start from as little as 1 m²; Axminster woven and printed carpets have a 20 m² minimum, with pricing tiered by volume; please ask our advisor about the MOQ for carpet tiles.
Lead time depends on category, size and order volume: hand-tufted carpets generally take about 30 days to produce; Axminster woven carpets take about 20–25 days; printed carpets about 15–20 days. The exact timeline is agreed at proposal confirmation, and very large orders are quoted separately.
Hand-tufted carpets are available in wool (domestic and new wool), acrylic, nylon, bamboo fibre, Tencel and more, with finishes such as level cut, level loop, high-low cut/loop and various sculpted (carved) effects. Axminster woven and printed carpets offer wool-blend and nylon options. Colors, patterns and sizes can all be customized — our team will advise what suits your space.
Yes. We can send material swatches free of charge so you can feel the texture, color and pile. For a sample made to your actual pattern, Axminster and printed carpet sampling carries a sample fee (about ¥300 per sample, partly refundable). Hand-tufted loose carpets under 10 m² are generally not sampled separately. For large or custom projects we can also arrange site visits or a dedicated presentation.
Price mainly depends on material, technique, density, size and pattern complexity, calculated per square metre (woven and printed carpets are priced including the width wastage from production). We provide an itemized quotation after understanding your needs — no hidden fees, and consultation is free.
We work with professional logistics for secure packaging and delivery, including export customs support. On-site installation is also available to ensure a smooth, beautiful result. Woven carpets such as Axminster are produced in fixed roll widths, and large projects are planned for splitting and seaming in advance.
Each order includes a care guide — regular vacuuming and periodic professional cleaning keep it in great condition. We offer full after-sales support; please contact our team anytime if you have any questions.
