Can you reproduce my pattern exactly?
Yes. Send your artwork or a high-resolution image and we sample it for approval before production; complex patterns and gradients reproduce well.
How do I choose the weight?
1000g for guestrooms; 1200g or above for lobbies and corridors; carving requires 1400g or above.
Do you have a fire test report?
Yes, flame-retardant test reports are available for hotel project acceptance.
What is the minimum order?
From 20㎡.
How long is delivery?
Bulk production is about 15–20 days, plus sampling and shipping. We suggest ordering 1–1.5 months ahead.
Can you ship overseas?
Yes — worldwide shipping with customs and sea-freight support. FOB/CIF negotiable.
